If you’re wondering how I got started in makeup... it all goes back to my mom. I used to sit on the edge of her bed and watch her swipe on her red lipstick with so much care.
And just like magic, the moment she finished, she'd smile from ear to ear and walk out the door a little taller. That transformation—so small, but powerful—stuck with me.
In elementary school, I wanted to be a painter. By high school, I realized I was meant to paint faces instead. I’ve now been doing makeup professionally for over 12 years—and I still feel that same spark when I help a woman look in the mirror and say: “This feels like me.”
When I’m not glamming my incredible brides, I’m probably riding bikes with my husband by the beach or watching a good movie (nachos in hand, of course).
I’ve had my sweet maltipoo, Mia, for 12 years—she’s my little shadow and my best girl.
My favorite drink right now is an iced horchata latte, and when I want dessert? Pinkberry’s pomegranate yogurt always wins.
This career has been such a blessing.
